Our New Life in Seattle

Hello Out There, Just posted some older photos that are just now making it to the blog. We are getting into the groove of things here in Seattle. After a lot of house searching online and more house searching when we got here we are close to having our first house!! The first house we chose to put an offer in on we did not get because someone else beat us to it so we went back to square one and found the house that we are now in the process of buying. We are expected to close on the house between April 11th and April 15th, which will be an awesome Bday present. The house is awesome and has a big garage which of course is most important to Jason! The house is in Port Orchard so we are enjoying downtown Seattle while we are here. We like it downtown...and we are ready to have a house and have our own couch, dishes, bed, etc!! Temporary housing is only nice for so long. It has been a whirlwind with traveling to my cousins wedding in South Carolina and I had to go to LA for a day for court (I was subpoenaed). We have been able to explore Seattle some and have dinner with friends that were already here and visit with family. Its nice having family here! Jason is enjoying his new job and I am enjoying life as a house wife. We are going with the flow and enjoying our new city. After we move into our house we will have more adjustments to make and lots of furniture to buy to fill up the new house. The view from our corporate housing includes the water and mountains so we are enjoying all the beautiful days and sunrises and sunsets over the water. So life in Seattle....so far its going well!
